UPPER HANOVER TWP., Pa. - A delicious new venture is brewing at a landmark restaurant in Montgomery County.
McAllister Brewing Company, which opened in 2018 at 810 Dickerson Road in Upper Gwynedd Township, just north of North Wales, is planning to expand operations with a second location - a new craft beer and food destination - at 715 Gravel Pike in Upper Hanover Township, just north of East Greenville.
The scenic Gravel Pike property is the site of an 18th-century farmhouse, which has been home to the Carriage House Restaurant - a popular, full-service establishment featuring steaks, seafood, veal, and Austrian specialties - since 2001.
